QIP Medical Imaging Accreditation

The Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing (DoHA) require all medical imaging practices who wish to continue to claim Medicare benefits to register for accreditation before 30 June 2008 with an approved accreditation agency.

Quality in Practice Pty Ltd (QIP) has been appointed by DoHA as an approved provider of accreditation services for medical imaging.   QIP is committed to working with the profession to ensure safety and quality in practice. QIP has a strong partnership with ADIA. Through this, ADIA has ensured the model QIP is using to deliver accreditation services is in the best interest of the profession, involves peers, offers value for money, is affordable and streamlined. QIP is a trusted provider and is endorsed by ADIA as the preferred provider for Stage 1 accreditation.
